Complete daily videos.

Non screen activity

Maths Work Book

Please complete this booklet as you feel fit over the term. We suggest 2 pages a week.

Understanding the World/ Physical Development

With the following activities please do not worry if you don’t have the correct ingredients as we are aware how difficult it is at the moment to source food. They are only suggestions and can therefore be adapted or even changed to imaginative cooking in the garden/ mud or sand play.

Writing

Can you draw a story map of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

This can be done using pictures and drawing the most important parts of the story.

You can add some words too or write a sentence from the story.

EAD

Make a butterfly using natural materials. Draw an outline of a butterfly and collect natural resources leaves, sticks, flowers to stick down and create a butterfly!

Use potatoes to make a printed caterpillar painting. Coat you repeat the colours to make a repeating segmented body?

Exercise

Can you do some races in the garden with your family? Who can run the fastest, who can skip the fastest? Let us know how you get on!

Please continue to take photos of the completed activities and add them to tapestry so we can still join your child on the learning journey.
