Week 7 – English (keep up your daily reading session of your own chosen text for at least 45 mins a day)

Lesson 1

Purple Mash - Serial Mash. Read chapter 6 of our new class book The Time Traveller you will find it and the MCQ on line as 2Do in Purple Mash

Complete chapter 6 SPAG and mark your own work

Lesson 2

Relative clauses – complete the activities on the sheet in learning resources and submit to Mrs LD by Friday 15th May

Lesson 3

Adverbials of time – see sheet in learning resources. Choose the level of your challenge. * or ** or ***. Complete the work and mark your own work using the answers given by May 15th.

Lesson 4

Please write a further diary entry about ‘lockdown’. It is now week the 8th week of lockdown. How have your feelings changed over this time? What do you miss most now? How has your home learning been going?

Submit your diary entry to Mrs LD by Friday 15th May please.

This week you are to create an animal sculpture from materials you have at home that would be going to recycling. This may include: paper, cardboard, plastics, cloths etc.
