Weekly News - 15th September 2023
Happy Friday!
Hope you've all settled back into the school run routine. The children seem very happy to be back in school (even if they don't say so at home!)
Welcome to all our new parents - your children are all very cute and we hope they're having a nice time settling in.
PTA - AGM
If you haven't met our PTA yet and are interested in what they do or maybe you'd like to help then please come along to the PTA AGM on Monday 18th September at 2.30pm in The School Hall. Tea & Coffee + cake will be available! The PTA raise money throughout the year to support the school to carry out those little extras - plus some really fun events for the children. As the budgets for schools get tighter and tighter, we're so grateful for their support.
Clubs
Just a reminder that most our clubs finish at 4.15pm except for paid clubs, dance and school football which finish at 4.30. Please be prompt as all our club leaders are volunteering their time after spending all day with 20-30 children and we'd like them to get home on time to see their own families.
Coats
As the weather starts to get a bit iffy, can you please make sure your child has a NAMED coat in school so they can play our even in the drizzle. And whilst we're on the subject, make sure all your uniform is named - specifically jumpers and cardigans.
Data forms and permissions
You will have had home, or will be getting home, a copy of the data we hold about your child. Please can you make sure this is all correct and return to us asap even if it's all correct. You'll also find (Y1-Y6) an updated photographic consent form. Our previous form didn't explicitly cover our digital newsletters which do go online so the updated form reflects that.

Monday 9th October - Y5 & 6 Tag Rugby Festival
Thursday 12th October - Y5 go to Bowles!
Monday 16th October and Tuesday 16th October.
Parents Evening
